ETH has been evolving technologically, like an operating system that keeps getting updated. The transition to PoS is just the beginning; future plans such as the Shanghai upgrade and Sharding are expected to elevate its performance to a new level.
Now Layer 2 has increased the transaction speed, and technologies like Rollup have brought Gas fees down to a level that ordinary people can afford. Vitalik and the team's roadmap is very clear: scalability, decentralization, and security must all be addressed.
Other chains may be strong in certain areas, but comprehensive development like Ethereum is truly rare. Its EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) has almost become the industry standard, making it user-friendly for developers, and most cross-chain projects are compatible with Ethereum.
This means that ETH is not just a currency, but a technological foundation. The market may be a bit emotional in the short term, but the benefits of technological iteration are real. Once Sharding is implemented and the transaction throughput increases several times, the value of ETH will likely make many people regret not getting on board at this position.
