The U.S. Department of Commerce has published a report that presents data on inflation based on the Personal Consumption Expenditures Index (PCE) for June.

In June, PCE rose by 0.3% after a revised increase of 0.2% in May.
In annual terms, the PCE index increased by 2.6% ( compared to 2.4% in May ), which is above the Federal Reserve's ( target level of 2%.
