Yili Holdings issuance of HKD 19.95 million convertible bonds to expand Web3.0 business

On July 17, according to the announcement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Hong Kong listed company Yili Holdings Limited (HK0076) announced that it has signed an agreement for the issuance of convertible bonds worth HKD 19.95 million, and the funds will be used to develop Web3.0 business.
