[Cardone Capital launches 10X Miami River Bitcoin Fund, which includes Bitcoin worth $15 million] According to Cointelegraph, real estate investment company Cardone Capital has launched the 10X Miami River Bitcoin Fund, a dual-asset fund that includes 346 multi-family residential commercial properties located along the Miami River in Florida and Bitcoin worth $15 million. The fund will convert a portion of its monthly cash flow into Bitcoin. Grant Cardone, founder and CEO of Cardone Capital, stated that the company's long-term goal is to accumulate $1 billion in real estate assets and $200 million in Bitcoin reserves in the hybrid fund.
