The STRK preferred stock of Strategy has outperformed BTC and the S&P 500 since its issuance.
Odaily News Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) launched its perpetual convertible preferred stock STRK, which has risen 16% since its issuance on February 10, 2025, outperforming Bitcoin's rise of 10% and the S&P 500 index's fall of 2% during the same period. The company raised $59.7 million in its latest round through a weekly ATM issuance plan, setting a record for the highest amount raised in a single week since the plan's inception, with proceeds used to further increase its Bitcoin holdings. Currently, Strategy holds a total of 576,230 Bitcoins, with an Annual Percentage Rate of 16.3%. STRK's current effective yield is 8.1%, and it has a low correlation with Strategy's common stock (MSTR), providing investors with differentiated market exposure. (CoinDesk)
