Digital asset exchange -- A beginner's guide to playing with WXT on Gate

💫My investment experience

I first prepared 3100u and purchased an equivalent value of WXTM on-chain through my wallet, then recharged it to Gate, expecting to share 27u. Next, I sold WXTM on Gate, and the wear and tear from the transaction fee and deposit fee was not significant. Then I used the more than 3000u I obtained for high-frequency trading, completing a trading volume of 50000u. During the trading, I adhered to the principle of buying low and selling high, using the 15-minute line as a reference, and I did not chase high prices. After I finished my operations, considering the wear and tear, I not only did not incur losses but also made over 120u in profit. Of course, if you find that monitoring the market for high-frequency trading is too tiring, you can also adopt grid trading. Finally, remember to buy back 3000U of WXTM and hold it for more than 24 hours.

📈📈Token economic model and market assessment:
The total supply of WXT is 21 billion tokens, of which 70% is allocated to miners and 30% is for pre-mining. For detailed token distribution and deflation model, see Figure 4 below.
Among them, the biggest highlight is the low circulation rate of the token, which is only 7.52%. The scarcity of chips combined with the deflationary mechanism of the turime model that continuously destroys tokens creates a situation in the WXTM market where "there are more monks than porridge." Based on past experience, there is a possibility that teams and institutions may first significantly raise the price with a small short-term circulation before proceeding with operations.
From the K-line perspective (as of August 10), WXT has seen a "stair-step" decline for nearly 10 trading days since its listing on Gate, which is related to early circulating profits being realized. However, from the daily chart, the market has shown a significant volume increase in the last two days, with bullish candlestick trading volume surpassing bearish ones. This is linked to a series of recent promotional activities by Gate, which has heightened market investment enthusiasm and may indicate that short-term selling pressure is coming to an end. Major players are optimistic about the future market and are actively entering, potentially leading to a reversal. On the 4-hour chart, the price has broken through the previous low consolidation platform with an explosive volume, suggesting that this might be a good entry opportunity in the short term.
